 Freebies in Las Vegas

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love freebies and living on a budget. What self-respecting visitors to Vegas would ever pay full price if they didn't have to, or leave without getting something for nothing? One of the most valuable services I can offer my fellow man is the ability to share these fantastic free finds with anyone who is interested.

Isn't this better than a "tell-all" book on who did it and why? The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are a visual feast for the eyes. The views and smells of these gardens, which feature seasonal highlights in plants, flowers, and vegetables, are a wonderful joy to all of the senses. Each season brings fresh sensory delights, and there is no charge to view these lovely floral arrangements. This is a fantastic location for a photo op to recall your time in Las Vegas.

Do you know what a water dance is? If not, you'll want to stay long enough to see the Bellagio fountains when you're touring the Botanical Gardens at the Bellagio. More than 1000 fountains really dance in choreographed synchronization with light to the music in these presentations (you may be surprised or quite possibly impressed by the extent and variety of the music playlist for this particular show). This is also free to see and happens every half hour or so after 3:00 PM during the week and on weekends in the afternoon.

If you're seeking more free family fun, go to Circus Circus for Circus Acts. This show is free to watch and provides the audience with the thrills and chills of the big top day after day. Throughout the day, between the hours of 11 a.m. and Midnight, you can watch different artists perform at the half-hour mark.

At 2:00, 6:00, 8:00, and 10:00 p.m., Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall put on spectacular water and laser light show. "Sunset Stampede" is the name of the spectacle, which takes place in a 9-story atrium with a natural ecosystem of living trees, plants, waterfalls, and paths.

The Masquerade Show in the Sky is another fantastic free attraction in Vegas. The performance is free to view, but if you want to ride one of the floats, it will cost you $12.95. (that is subject to change). Carnivale in Brazil is quite similar to this experience. For the sake of this spectacle, which is considered one of the best free shows in Vegas, the floats are literally dangling from the ceiling.

The Aquarium at the Silverton Hotel and Casino is perhaps one of the most amazing freebies. This attraction is open to the public and provides a thrilling experience for children of all ages (even moms find this one fascinating). Enjoy the atmosphere of your surroundings while watching both saltwater and freshwater fish in their native homes.

The Sirens of Ti is a sultry pirate story that plays at Treasure Island TI every day while the weather permits. This is a fantastic show that the entire family will love, especially tiny boys who think pirates are awesome and larger boys who enjoy seeing ships sink and sirens do their thing.

Free entertainment is frequently the best entertainment available. There are a plethora of things to do and see that will set you back a small amount. It's great to know that there are so many exciting excursions to try out for little or no money when in Las Vegas. If you budget carefully, you'll find that you can fill the majority of your days with activities without breaking the bank or becoming best friends with your creditors.
